2016 COMPUTATIONAL RESEARCH ON–AND BEYOND–OWLSNEST (CROO) SYMPOSIUM

This is a reminder that you are cordially invited to the CROO Symposium to be held *this* Friday Apr 15, from 1:30 – 5:30 pm, in SERC 116 The CROO (Computational Research on—and beyond—Owlsnest) event is a celebration of the wide range of computational research happening at Temple. The symposium will feature talks from researchers in chemistry, biology, physics, computer science and mathematics, and poster sessions with refreshments to facilitate interaction. A full schedule is listed below. Some reasons why you should come the CROO symposium: * You are involved in computational research and want to know more about the scientific computing community at Temple * You have an interest in computation and want to learn more * You have a poster from a previous conference, and want to liven up some easels with your incredible results * You want to hear some excellent science talks * You like good food and drink * You like going to symposia where *no* RSVP is necessary The atmosphere will be very casual, and we really encourage participants to reuse posters from previous events.
